You could be like those douche-nozzles on trading spaces and just paint over it. It makes the paint look extra classy and enhances the "shabby chic" appeal. Or a peel.
if we were going "shabby chic", we would have kept the couch! :)
I'm oh so tempted to paint over the the wallpaper borders in every room, because they are not making me happy.
oh, and sanding cabinets is thankless work.
JUST WAIT UNTIL IT IS ALL FINISHED.
