In reading through the news of the day, I came across this story about the world's largest bratwurst, which is to measure approximately 40 feet long (and will be put in a 40 foot bun, complete with condiments!). Wonder if we could get that for our cookout tomorrow night?

I just began reading a new book entitled "Stiff" about the many (often times unusual) things done with human cadavers (for example, using heads as practice for plastic surgeons, or using full bodies as once-live crash test dummies). More on this book as I get further into it...
However, I found this story today about the types of coffins in which people can be buried (which got me to thinking more about what we do with bodies after they cease to live). Fish belly, anyone?
